Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
All our cards are sent by Royal Mail, large orders are normally sent by UPS. We aim to post out within two working days (Mon - Fri) unless we are away at a show these can be seen on our events page. Your cards are sent to you with their own envelope enclosed inside a postage box or protective package.
Return & Exchange Policy

The buyer has a right to terminate the contract and return the item even if the item is not faulty in any way (this is the consumer's right in UK law). You have the right to do this up to 14 days after receipt of the items and a full refund including the cost of the outgoing postage will be made within 14 days of the seller receiving the returned item(s), or within 14 days of the buyer providing evidence that the item(s) have been returned (e.g. proof of postage), whichever is sooner.
The buyer is responsible for paying for the cost of return postage.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements.
